The migrants who are in the field of prisoners of the United States. In Guantanamo Bay, they are now allowed to talk to their lawyers by phone, said an official of the United States immigration control and customs control in a judicial presentation.
According to a series of judicial presentations published on Thursday that are part of a lawsuit filed by defense groups against the National Security Department, an ICE official said that migrants’ detainees in Guantanamo can now talk to their lawyers, and that DHS is evaluating the “viability and need” for lawyer visits in person.
The Trump administration, as part of its repression against illegal immigration, has been sending to Guantanam The families of two detainees said that their relatives are arrested there do not have a criminal record, despite DHC claims.
Juan Agudelo, director of the ICE interim field office, said in a judicial presentation that there were 178 detainees detained in the Bay of Guantanamo, all of which are from Venezuela and have final orders of elimination.

On Thursday, ICE announced on social networks that 177 of the detainees were being sent back to Venezuela.
The lawsuit, filed at the Federal Court in Washington, DC, earlier this month, was presented on behalf of three relatives of detainees and four organizations that demanded access to them to provide legal representation.
In one of the statements, Agudelo said that the three detainees of the lawsuit received access to speak with legal advisor on February 17 at the request of the American Union of Civil Liberties.
Two of the demand detainees are alleged members of the Venezuelan Gang Train of Aragua, according to Agudelo’s statement.
