Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter filed a defamation lawsuit on Monday against an Alabama woman who said she was raped when she was 13 years old in a civil lawsuit since then.

Carter’s demand said the woman, identified as Jane Doe, timed her claim to “inflict the maximum pain and suffering to Mr. Carter” to extort the payments.
The lawsuit also appointed women’s lawyers, Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, whom Jay-Z “alleged were motivated without breath by greed, without taking into account the truth and the most fundamental precepts of human decency.”
Initially, the woman said that Jay-Z and “Diddy” combs turned to sexually assault her when she was 13 years old at a party after the 2000 mtvv Video Music Awards. Both men denied the accusation.
Jane Doe withdrew his lawsuit last month after Carter raised questions about the veracity of his account and his lawyer sought sanctions against Buzbee.
“Doe has now voluntarily admitted directly to Mr. Carter’s representatives that the story presented to the world in court and on global television was just that: a false and malicious story. She has admitted that Carter did not attack her; and that in fact it was the same Buzbee … who pushed her to continue with the false narrative of Mr. Carter’s assault in the end of attacking a payment payment on the day.
“But the extortion and abuse of Mr. Carter by Doe and his lawyers must stop,” he continued.
In response, Buzbee issued a statement by saying: “Shawn Carter researchers have harassed, threatened and repeatedly wrapped this poor woman for weeks trying to intimidate her and make her retracting her history. She hasn’t done it, and won’t. Instead, she has repeatedly declared to support her statements. This same group of researchers has been captured on a film that offers people to sue me and my signature. After talking to Jane Doe today, it seems that the appointments attributed to her in the demand are completely formed, or talked to someone who is not Jane Doe. “
He added: “This is just another attempt to intimidate and intimidate this poor woman with whom we will deal with their due time. We will not be intimidated or intimidated by frivolous cases.”
